ALICE IN HACKNEYLAND (f. 2019) is a Hackney based collective of artists, designers and creators, whose collaborative practice seeks to develop immersive art installations and experiences. Playing with perception, education, shifting of perspectives, raising of awareness of environmental and global issues and the importance of fun are at the core of Alice In Hackneyland’s creations.

Fluorescent Banquet

The Fluorescent Banquet
post pandemic edition

A site-specific installation that represents the celebrations, anniversaries and festivities that we all missed out on during the pandemic. The installation was originally created to celebrate the 300th anniversary of the opulent Octagon Room at Orleans House, Twickenham. The exhibition was unfortunately short-lived due to Covid-19 lockdowns of 2020. Here at Cluster Photography & Print 2022 we hope that the installation will continue to live on and be shared through photographic medium.

The Fluorescent Banquet (post pandemic edition), 2022 was created by members of artist group Alice in Hackneyland: Jonathan Roson, Patterson Falls, Michelle Meola, Yuliya Keselman and Nina Mankin
