Carice Kao is Taiwan photographic artist. It has been six years of photography creation. In the difficult environment of Taiwan's art development, while doing regular photography work, she taking time to shoot and create creations.
Much of her work explores issues of self-development, such as the awareness of self-words organisation, or the oppressive view of sexuality in traditional societies.

For Carice Kao, photography is like a drawing tool, except that this tool can describe her problems faster in images. Therefore, most of the images are shot indoors, because one has to go deep into the heart in order to constantly be aware of self-problems through the images.
