Necklace series ‘Found Myself Through Home’, 2022

Kim’s work is inspired by her personal journey home between South Korea and the UK. Each necklace was created using simple shapes, materials, and processes. The artist i fascinated by connecting chains, links, and the space in-between. The simple shapes serve as a medium for a sense of belonging and my emotherons. The oxidized silver represents the transition between psychological states.
