The Tracheobronchial Tree

‘The lungs are separated into sections called lobes, two on the left and three on the right. The air passages continue to divide into ever smaller tubes, which finally connect with tiny air sacs called alveoli. This gradually branching array of tubes is referred to as the tracheobronchial *tree* because of the remarkable similarity to the branching pattern of a tree.’
How wonderful and mysterious that we have such similarities between the human body and Mother nature’s arboreal gift to the planet(otherwise known as Earth’s lungs): the common tree…
“I imagined a world where trees are rooted to all consciousness via common mycorrhizal networks.
I imagined a world where the human race is truly connected to nature.
I imagined a world where we are truly connected to every other person on this planet.
I imagined a world where we all have equality and respect for our feelings and beliefs.
I imagined a world where we all respect the natural world we live in.
I imagined a world where we all have equal responsibility for the air we breathe.
I imagined a world where we can truly BREATHE.”
