“Working across digital media, generative AI, and physical materials, my practice explores the tension between logic and absurdity. I use surreal interventions to examine how we attempt to control, preserve, or define the ephemeral—often in ways that contradict our intentions. Humour and contradiction play a central role, exposing the anxieties embedded in everyday interactions.

Encased, Embedded, Enclosed reflects our impulse to contain and protect, even at the cost of suffocation or dysfunction. A balloon wrapped in chainmail, a soap bar embedded with cacti, a wish burdened with terms and conditions—each intervention transforms the familiar into something at odds with its purpose. These juxtapositions explore our resistance to change, our desire for control, and our tendency to overcomplicate even the simplest joys.”
