TYO Inc. engages in a wide range of video production, including TV and web commercials, music videos, statement films, and events. In recent years, the company has expanded into areas such as virtual filming, XR, AR, and AI. Mai Nonomura is a member of TYO's Generative AI project team, focusing on researching AI for still image, video, and audio generation.

Mai believes that AI art is particularly suited to visualising and bringing the unreal to life. Although she cannot create jewellery physically, she can visualise it through generative AI, enabling her participation in this exhibition. She finds it fascinating to collaborate with AI, which often suggests ideas and designs she would never have imagined.

The development of video generation technology has advanced at an extraordinary pace throughout 2024. Mai is confident that the capabilities of generative AI will continue to evolve, and TYO Inc. plans to remain at the forefront of this progress through ongoing production and research.
