Mara Zamuner was born in Treviso, in the North-East of Italy, in 1974.

Since then, she has been interested in creative experimentation and arts and she began her artistic career by painting  in contemporary material canvases and by mixing different techniques .

Eventually, her interest in photography took over from painting. She begins her photographic challenge in the streets, then experimenting with black and white, finally ending in dreamlike photography.

Photography combined with experimenting techniques become her tools to move the audience and convey a silent narration of the inner gaze.
