Polaroid is the perfect brush to trace the marks in my canvas, to create images with a grotesque voice, an erotic voice and a poetic voice.
The enigmatic language of snapshots made of pale colours, square frames, describes my dating diary, reveals characters with mixed, contradictory, controversial characteristics. People who asked to be portrayed, who had the courage to expose themselves to let go, populate these rooms with the strength of fragility.
Flesh and blood, pain and pleasure, pain and desire, revelations or puzzles to solve, they are imprinted in colours in an intimate environment to reveal themselves through a deep emotional connection with the imperfections that each of us hides.
