Recycled silver clay is used to create a series of layers on a fresh strawberry leaf.  Each layer is air dried, a slow but very effective process which helps maintain the texture and detail of the leaf and prevents it from deteriorating prematurely. During the firing process, the silver fuses and the leaf burns away, making each pendant totally unique.  The silver is then reheated to blend the 24ct gold using Keum Boo.
