A recent painting, ‘Nocturnal’ is about imagining what people are doing when most of us are sleeping. Some people can’t sleep, some are looking at the stars, working, partying, driving and so on. The world feels different in the dead of night and from the location you happen to be in. I like to imagine it sometimes.
