These pieces are the part of the artist’s basic “Lost & Found” collection which is devoted to found objects that she discovers through her travels. Here are two pebbles that she found on a Black Sea beach in Georgia. These stones have such colours and textures they seem to be painted in watercolour on canvas.

KORZH likes the idea that as simple a material as pebble stones or beach glass can be well-born qualities in contemporary jewellery. Especially when it is combined with precious materials in the right proportions. A sunshine yellow from the pebble is highlighted by sparkled citrines and framed by 14 k ear wire. A bit of blue gets its deeper hues close to a little deep lavender iolit. She loves to play with colour in her work and these earrings contain one of her favourite combinations of colour, blue and yellow.
